Definitely get the Glacern. I have both a 4 5 inch Enco and the 4" is OK but the 5" is a door stop (well, not quite that bad). The only nameplate on the machine is from an out of business industrial supply house in the LA area that originally sold the machine and a date of 1965. The machine has a 7" x 30" table and step pulleys on top for changing the speeds (4 step on the spindle, 4 steps on the idler and 3 steps on the motor).

#1 I have found a Enco Milling machine in fantastic shape. It had belonged to a michinest that built clocks and such and has never been abused on anything large. He passed away and I purchased it from the widow.
That is a home shop type mill I believe and parts will be a issue. Take a look and see if Grizzly isn't still selling something very similar,if so a good chance you MIGHT be able to source parts from them. Enco/MSC were never real good about parts for older machines. Also JET and other sold very similar mills.
